Tips For Healthy Snacking

Hello! I hope you’ve had a great week and that you have a fun, stress free weekend planned.

Many of us struggle when it comes to snack time as this is the time we usually end up eating foods we know we shouldn’t be eating – chips, candy bars and chocolate.

So I wanted to share with you my 10 favorite snacks.

1: Fresh blackberries with pumpkin seeds.

2: Cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus.

3: Rice crackers with homemade guacamole (avocado, salt, pepper and lime juice).

4: Fresh raspberries with not more than 10 cashews.

5: Sliced granny smith apples sprinkled with cinnamon and 10 almonds.

6: Celery sticks with almond butter.

7: Hot air popped popcorn drizzled with olive oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt and dried dill.

8: Fresh strawberries with a 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

9: Dinner leftovers from the night before.

10: Lara bar if I’m on the go. I always carry one in my bag just in case.

I hope you try them out! Let me know which ones you like best.
